Drop In Sessions and Clinics
Drop in Infielder Clinic
Tuesdays 6-7 begins Oct 20
$25 per session; Age 9+
Working in small groups, players will work each session on a combination of glovework, footwork, eye-hand, reaction time, transfers, and tags. Coach Chris Bowie and team will teach age appropriate frustration tolerance and mental resetting skills after difficult plays and errors. Your player will not stop moving for through basic reps to drills with advanced technology.

Drop in Baseball Explosiveness
Thursdays 630-715 begins Oct 22
$15 per session; Age 12+
Coaches rotate players through our weight room, agility area, and rotational strength tools to build explosive movements that they can take into next season. Advanced eye-hand and vision training is incorporated into movement based athletic drills.

530-630pm Oct 19- Dec 7
Coach Jack White, currently a pitcher with Queen’s University Baseball, will be offering a pitching clinic for players age 9-14. This small group program will provide instruction on pitching mechanics, location, secondary pitches, and the mental side of pitching. Paired with our catching clinic, pitchers will be able to throw live bullpens.

530-630pm Oct 19- Dec 7
Matty McDonald is a Queen’s University varsity baseball outfielder and catcher. Matty will instruct catchers age 9-14. Matty’s program will focus on fundamentals and advanced framing, blocking, and throwing techniques. Paired with our Pitching Clinic, catchers will be able to catch age-matched live bullpens as part of their work.

630-730pm Oct 19-Dec 7
Coaches Jack White and Matty McDonald, Queen’s baseball players, will lead instruction in this 8 week program. With advanced data tools to set baseline metrics and goals, individual plans and progress will be tracked for players in small groups.
Age 8+
11am-1230pm Oct 17-Dec 5
Join us for a unique 90 Minute training experience that includes training the mind, bat, and body for hitting performance. Athletes rotate in intervals from Coach Chris & Coach Sean to build visual focus and reaction time to batting in the cage and baseball specific functional strength training.
Age 9+
11am-12pm Oct 18 – Dec 6
Our skills clinic is designed for players newer to baseball and those looking to build on fundamental skills. Coaches will work on throwing, fielding, and hitting technique in a supportive, fun environment.
Age 8-12
12-1pm Oct 18-Dec 6
Former and current collegiate ballplayers, led by Coaches Ryan Ashurst and Matty McDonald, will lead players through this 8 week hitting clinic. Data driven goals will be set for each player and tracked through the program.
Ages 8+
1-2pm Oct 18-Dec 6th
Coach Ryan Ashurst returns for his popular pitching clinic for age 9-14 players. This small group program will provide instruction on pitching mechanics, location, secondary pitches, and the mental side of pitching.

Girls with Game Clinics
Kingston has led the way in promoting girls playing ball. This past season, Kingston hosted and won the first Eastern Canadian Girls Championship. Now, the co-captains of that team, Georgia Lyon & Stella Bowie, are giving back, trying to grow the game for the next wave of girls who want to play. The Girls with Game clinic will focus on developing fundamentals of the game, learning how to thrive as an athlete in girls and open competitive sports, and having fun.
